CrewLadder designs and builds AI-powered systems and bespoke software for service businesses. Our website provides information about those services and a way to request a free automation audit. Any specific engagement to build or maintain software is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement (a “Statement of Work”), which prevails over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

2. Use of the website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems;

For paid engagements, ownership of the deliverables we build for you is addressed in the applicable Statement of Work. Our standard practice is that you own the custom software and workflows we deliver, while pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how remain ours.

6. Third-party services and links

Our services may integrate with, or our site may link to, third-party platforms (for example, phone systems, CRMs, calendars, and scheduling tools). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The website and any general information on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we work hard to deliver results, we do not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue, or return-on-investment from automation, as results depend on factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrewLadder AI, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the website.
